On 6 November, Igor Vladimirovich Kozhanov, Rector of Chuvash State Pedagogical University of Russia, and Aleksandr Aleksandrovich Kirillov, Head of Science, Technology and Innovation Division, paid a visit toKLU, and the two sides held an exchange seminar in the conference room No.2. The meeting was presided over by Zhou Jiangju, member of the Party Committee and Vice President of Kaili University.

At the meeting, Zhao Shouying, President of KLU welcomed the Rector andtalked about KLU's history, basic situation, teaching faculty and details of international exchanges.

Rector Igor Vladimirovich Kozhanov introduced the Chuvash State Pedagogical University of Russia.

In order to deepen exchanges and cooperationbetween both universities,Igor Vladimirovich Kozhanov and Zhao Shouying signed three cooperation treaties based on the principles of "pragmatism, efficiency, common development and mutual benefit", and will seek win-win through academic exchanges.
