To boost further the international education of KLU, an online signing ceremony of the cooperation agreement between KLU and HOSEO University was held in Conference Room 2 on the afternoon of April 29. Zhou Jiangju, Vice President of KLU, andPiao Xuehao, Vice President of HOSEO University attended the ceremony and signed a cooperation agreement on behalf of the two universities respectively. Secretary Zhou Lin and Vice Dean Li Lihong from the School of International Education of KLU,Cui LongshanDirector of the Office of International Exchange and Cooperation at HOSEO University, and Xu You, Director of the HOSEO University Liaison Office in Guizhou Province, China, as well as relevant staff from both universities, witnessed the signing ceremony.

Founded in 1978 and headquartered in Asan, HOSEO University has four campuses in Seoul, Asan, Cheonan, and Dangjin. By offering undergraduate, master’s and doctoral training programs, it is a comprehensive university with a focus on science and technology, covering the arts, law, economics and management, and has a holistic system for industry-university-research development. HOSEO University is distinguished in specialties and fields such as animation and AI integration education. It was selected as the AI (artificial intelligence)+SW (software) central university by the Ministry of Science and ICT (ROK), and has been accredited as an international education university by the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Justice of RoK for six consecutive years.

This cooperation agreement signed with HOSEO University is of great significance for KLU to further strengthen international exchanges and cooperation, and cultivate highly-skilled international talents.
