On September 24, the 2021 China-ASEAN Education Cooperation Week, co-sponsored by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Education, and the People's Government of Guizhou Province, opened in Guiyang in a way of both online and offline. Song Jianbo, President of KLU, was invited to attend the opening ceremony and the 4th Annual Meeting of China-ASEAN University Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education Alliance. Zhou Jiangju, Vice President of KLU and Li Lihong, Vice Dean of School of International Education of KLU attended the first Malaysia-China (Guizhou) Education Cooperation Forum.

As a new member of the alliance, Kaili University participated in the fourth annual meeting of the China-ASEAN University Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education Alliance. On behalf of Kaili University, Song Jianbo signed a memorandum with Guizhou Institute of Technology, the council member of the alliance, participated in the awarding ceremony, and discussed with the participants on new approaches to innovation and entrepreneurship education in the era of digital economy, and jointly seek its co-construction and cooperation .

Zhou Jiangju and Li Lihong participated in the first Malaysia-China (Guizhou) Education Cooperation Forum and exchanged views on how to promote education exchanges and cooperation between China (Guizhou) and Malaysia under the normalization of Covid-19 prevention and control.
