The Safeguard Department of Kaili University, under the direction of the Party Committee, the Administration, and other department, and relying on the mass, sticks to the principle of emphasis on prevention, securing priority, cracking down crimes, ensuring safety, in order to do a good job in the safety of national affairs, security, fire control and fighting, transportation, guard, patrol, household register and comprehensive management in public security. It will also, together with public security organs, deal with public security management on campus and complete all the work of the public security committee, fire fighting committee, security committee, and national affair security group in our university. The office aims to safeguard the safety and stability on campus, ensure smooth going-on of the teaching, scientific research, production, and development, and protect the safety of public properties, faculty and students’ living, life and property in our university.
